How can I cancel or correct a bet at Pin up?
You normally cannot cancel or edit a confirmed bet at Pin up once it is accepted by the system.
Try the following options:
- Check Cash Out:
- Open “My Bets” in your Pin up account.
- If Cash Out is offered, you can settle the bet early (full or partial) to reduce possible loss.
- Place a new bet to adjust:
- If you made a mistake (wrong team, amount, odds), you can place another bet in the opposite direction to balance your position.
- Contact support quickly:
- Use live chat or email if there is a clear technical error (e.g. odds freeze, double bet).
- Explain what happened with bet ID and time.
Note: Casino and sportsbook rules are strict. If the bet is valid and already accepted, support usually cannot cancel it just because you changed your mind.
