My deposit is not credited, what should I do?
If your Pin up deposit is not showing in your balance, first stay calm and check a few things:
Check transaction status
- Open your payment app / bank / bKash / Nagad and confirm the payment is successful.
- Take a screenshot with amount, time, and transaction ID.
Refresh and re-login
- Log out from your Pin up account, log in again, and refresh the balance page.

- Send them: username, deposit method, amount, time, and transaction ID + screenshot.
Do not try multiple deposits
