How to complete Pin-Up account verification (KYC)?
To pass KYC on Pin up, you need to confirm your identity and payment details so you can withdraw without issues.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Pin-Up account.
- Go to “Profile” → “Account verification” or similar section.
- Fill in your real name, date of birth, address (must match your documents).
- Upload clear photos/scans of:
- NID / passport / driving licence (front and back if needed)
- Sometimes a selfie holding the document
- If requested, upload proof of address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, mobile bill) not older than 3 months.
- Submit and wait for the casino support team to review. This may take a few hours to 1–2 days.
Tip: Use the same details on your payment methods and your Pin-Up profile. This helps avoid verification or withdrawal delays for Bangladeshi users.
